Founded by Suzannah Stason, Living Aligned draws on decades of transformative mind-body practices and integrative health studies rooted in medical qigong, buddhist meditation, scientific research and Chinese medicine.
This unique approach emerged from Suzannah’s extensive observation and integration of natural laws, universal principles and individual wisdom, shaping a distinctively open, kind and receptive style of teaching and healing. At the core of Living Aligned are the practices of qigong movement and meditation, implemented to educate us about our energetic systems and how our thoughts, behaviors and spiritual connections shape our experiences and interactions with the world.
From its inception, Living Aligned has developed organically, guided by community request, input and collective consciousness.
This responsive approach has fostered a flexible, inclusive, and humble path of growth and discovery, allowing the practice to evolve naturally while maintaining accountability to its participants and authenticity to the practices taught.
