What is the difference between Qigong & Medical Qigong Therapy?
Qigong is an ancient practice of movement, breath, and meditation designed to cultivate health, balance, and vitality. It can be practiced individually or taught to others as a way of guiding people to connect with their own energy, strengthen resilience, and activate the body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
Medical Qigong Therapy builds on these foundations as a clinical application—where a trained practitioner works directly with a client’s energy through hands-on techniques, intention, and awareness to release blockages, restore balance, and support healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
