Living Aligned offers a variety of Qigong, Meditation, and Mind-Body classes that are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Our schedule includes a weekly drop-in Qigong movement class, a monthly Qigong Meditation and Energy Medicine circle, design-your-own Qigong sessions, and seasonal class offerings and retreats.
