Living Aligned offers a variety of Qigong, Meditation, and Mind-Body classes that are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Our schedule includes a weekly drop-in Qigong movement class, bi-weekly Qigong Meditation and Energy Medicine circle, Medical Qigong training classes and Special Events and offerings.
