Qigong Meditation is the practice of inner alignment, peace cultivation and dedication to simplicity. Practices include guided visualizations, meditation, breath work, seated movements, journaling, and silent reflections.

We meet most Monday mornings online 8:30-9:15am.

These gatherings operate on a drop-in basis and by donation.
Please join us from a settled place, ideally seated for practice.
