Qigong Meditation

Qigong Meditation is the practice of inner alignment, peace cultivation and dedication to simplicity. Practices include guided visualizations, meditation, breath work, seated movements, journaling, and silent reflections.

Sessions are Monday mornings 8:15-9/9:15am.

These gatherings operate on a drop-in basis and are sliding scale. Please join us from a settled place, ideally seated for practice.
