For the past year, we have journeyed through the Five Elements, exploring the wisdom of each season, organ system, and phase of transformation. In this masterclass, we step back to see the whole. Together, we’ll map the complete cycle of the Five Elements and explore how these ancient patterns live within our bodies, our energy, and the changing seasons of our lives. Through Qigong movement, Chinese medicine and Daoist teachings, reflection, and embodied practice, we’ll explore how to recognize where you are in the cycle, understand what each phase is asking of you, and move through change with greater presence, resilience, and trust.
