What You'll Learn

Qigong Movement & Meditation

At the heart of this training is a deep commitment to personal practice and self-cultivation. Through regular engagement with Qigong movement, meditation, breathwork, and energetic practices, you will develop greater vitality, resilience, self-awareness, and trust in yourself. Many students find that alongside improved health and well-being, they experience greater confidence, clarity, groundedness, and a stronger connection to their purpose and authentic voice.

Throughout the program, you will become proficient in a variety of traditional Qigong forms  including Bu Zheng Qigong, 9 Phases Qigong, Eight Brocades, Guo Lin Walking Qigong, Daoist Five Qigong, Zhan Zhuang Standing Practice, and other introductory and advanced practices and techniques.

You will also learn how to work with personalized Qigong prescriptions, guided meditations, and shen gong (spiritual cultivation) practices that support energetic balance, healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, inner strength, and personal transformation. These tools can be applied to common concerns such as stress, sleep, digestion, fertility, mental health, emotional well-being, and overall vitality, while providing a framework for lifelong growth and self-development.

Qigong Foundations & Philosophy

This training offers a rich exploration of the foundations of Qigong, including its history, philosophy, theory, and practical application. You will study the core principles that guide Qigong practice, including Chinese medicine, Five Element theory, Yin and Yang, the flow of qi, and the relationship between movement, mind, breath and health.

Drawing from both classical wisdom and modern application, we will explore Daoist philosophy, key texts, and practices that support living with greater balance, resilience, and alignment. You will gain a deeper understanding of how Qigong can be used to support physical health, emotional well-being, mental clarity, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.

As the training progresses, you will also be introduced to more advanced energetic and inner cultivation practices, including aspects of Daoist inner alchemy (nei dan). These practices are designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen connection to self and nature, cultivate personal power and presence, and support a more embodied experience of living in alignment with the Dao. And as you deepen these skills for yourself, you can discover how you might share them in your work, life or community.
