Advanced Teacher Training

Advanced Training is for graduates of the Living Aligned Qigong Teacher Training Program to refine their skills and stay connected. Through community gatherings, you’ll strengthen your energetic presence, deepen your Qigong practice, and receive inspiration and skill-building to keep your journey evolving.

Drop-In 90-minute Practitioner Pathway Circle keeps you connected to your practice, your peers, and ongoing mentorship. Offered Online on Zoom. Recordings always available, check calendar for details.

These Circles include:

Advanced Training Segment – A focused teaching from Dr. Suzannah Stason on qigong forms, Chinese Medicine theory, alchemy principles or advanced teaching practices & philosophy.
Qigong Movement – Suzannah will lead and demonstrate a short qigong routine weaving together movements around a center theme (requests will be taken). This is to practice and also to build skills in qigong teaching applications.
Community Connection – Time for reflection, sharing, and questions, so you feel supported in your journey as a practitioner and a guide. Ongoing What’s App Group for community continuity and engagement between circles.
Student Leadership Feature – Circles may include and highlight one peer practitioner leading a short practice or presentation, with feedback and encouragement from the group.

These monthly-ish touch-ins are the heartbeat of the Pathway — a consistent space where you receive fresh inspiration, professional guidance, and the support of a living practitioner community.

For practitioners who want more hands-on and individualized guidance, the Mentorship & Mastery Track offers personalized support to refine your skills and deepen your path.

The Mentorship & Mastery Track includes:

Practitioner Pathway Circles – Includes 2 community gatherings that emphasize advanced training content, qigong practice and teaching examples, and community engagement. For the Mentorship track, this will also include opportunities to expand your skills and practice teaching in ways that meet your personal goals.
Individual Support –One-on-one mentorship sessions with Suzannah provide a dedicated space to clarify your direction, strengthen confidence, and receive direct feedback and guidance. Together we refine your Qigong forms, explore ways to expand your offerings, and sharpen your teaching skills so you can step forward with clarity.
Skill-Building & Leadership – Focused mentorship helps you cultivate your presence as a teacher, healer, and community leader. Strengthen your voice, refine your leadership style, and grow your offerings into the next stage of your professional path.
Extended Resource Library – Access to Qigong videos and additional resources, research, videos and teaching content to sustain and inspire your journey.

This track is for those who want to go beyond the community container and receive ongoing, personalized mentorship and advanced training. It’s the space where you sharpen your skills, strengthen your confidence, and walk your unique practitioner path with support.

NOTE: This track is offered on a rolling basis with a 3 month commitment. When ready, please apply. We will design and set up a program for you to meet your personal & qigong goals. Includes 2 additional Practitioner Circles and 2 One-on-One Mentorship Sessions with Suzannah.
