What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and controlled breathing to enhance mental and physical well-being. It focuses on cultivating and balancing the body's energy, known as 'qi', to promote health, vitality, and a sense of inner peace. This practice is deeply rooted in Chinese Medicine and philosophy, offering a gentle yet powerful way to connect with and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.
How do I attend a class?
Our classes operate on a drop-in basis. After purchasing a single class pass or a series, you’re free to attend any of our scheduled classes.

Yes! Anyone with a genuine interest in Qigong is welcome to join this program. In addition to training those interested in teaching Qigong, you can think of this like an advanced self-cultivation Qigong program to help you develop your own routines and practices.
